Bitter Gourd Flavored Bubblegum

19th July 2008
Original Composition of Hanzel M. Vergel de Dios

24-7, break-a-bone and a nice under wear
Coins and bills, sliced bread and holy water
“Where, Where and Where”? Ears bloody swollen
Tangent and spicy words every night were spoken

Endless fights disgust and hate, counted one to eight
She’s like crawling Tarantula, fond of killing her mate
Tongue like razor blade, cutting deep into my flesh
She put more hatred instead love, kiss and caress

Not even once, not even twice, but yes many times
I was alone in the dark, eagerly wanting to take her advice
Rocks tremble from mountains, big splashes from ocean
Begging for just only one “Please treat me like human!”

One wicked morning, when I was alone silently weeping
A voice from within, by far sarcastically saying,
“You waste and abuse your kindness, Oh what a disgrace”!
Growling provoking, while skies turned dark grey hazes!

“Thanks for the time, it was really appreciated”
Rage and anger came, my sweat are always neglected
Spend your own time! You are the most senseless!
You’re like a pumpkin, big hallow EMPTINESS!

This is my handsome gun with my cute little bullet
How to use it? NEVERMIND! I always refuse it
Pull the trigger? Nope! “I don’t give a stupid damn”!
Nor wink my eye sighting up, spit it now, you tasteless bubblegum!
